Returns and Refund
Thank you for shopping with REECE-FOOTWEAR. We hope you’re satisfied with your purchase. If, however, your item arrives faulty or damaged, you may return it for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange.
Returns
All return requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Please note that returns are accepted only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process
To start a return, contact our support team at support@reece-footwear.com. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Make sure the product is packaged securely and includes the return form provided in the confirmation email.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for processing. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement. You’ll be notified via email once the process is complete.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If anything is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Note: We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The item is faulty or damaged
- The item is in unused, new condition with original packaging
- No signs of wear or usage are present
Exchanges
If your item meets the return criteria, you may request an exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to an EU country, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within ten (10) business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
